| iDefendant, Bryan Insurance Agency, Inc. (“Bryan”), appeals a district court judgment denying its peremptory exception of prescription. Bryan also appeals the court’s grant of a motion for partial summary judgment in favor of plaintiff, Sitaram, Inc., and the denial of Bryan’s *527motion for summary judgment.
