Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Fulton County (Best, J.), rendered July 7, 1981, upon a verdict convicting defendant of the crimes of peijury in the first degree and peijury in the second degree. The two-count peijury indictment upon which defendant was tried and convicted arose out of an investigation by the New York State Police of defendant’s husband’s suspected involvement in acts of sexual abuse perpetrated against their infant children.
