THIS CAUSE is before the Court upon Defendant’s Motion for Final Summary Judgment [D.E. #20], Plaintiff, Barbara Schwertfager, filed this action against Defendant, the City of Boynton Beach, alleging that she was subjected to discrimination and was constructively discharged on account of a recognized disability.
