THIS MATTER comes before the Court on Defendant Martin Smith’s Motion for Summary Judgment Requesting Dismissal of Plaintiffs’ Complaint on Qualified Immunity and Other Grounds, and Memorandum in Support, filed May 12, 2014 (Doc. ll)(“Motion”).
