MEMORANDUM OPINION

STEPHEN C. ST. JOHN, Bankruptcy Judge.

This matter comes before the Court upon the Motion to Reconsider Default Judgment (“Motion to Reconsider”) by the Pro Se Plaintiff, Margaret McCain. The Plaintiff filed the Motion to Reconsider on May 25, 2006. On June 1, 2006, Counsel for the Defendant filed an Objection to the Motion to Reconsider.

The procedural history of this case was set forth in the Court’s Order entering judgment for the Defendant and declaring the debt to be non-dischargeable (“Order”), which was entered on May 23, 2006, following the trial in this matter.…
