MEMORANDUM AND ORDER
WALKER, District Judge:
In this action, plaintiff Eleanor Mather Gibson Goodman alleges violations of Section 10(b) of the Securities and Exchange Act of 1934 (the “Exchange Act”), as amended, 15 U.S.C. § 78j, and Rule 10b-5 promulgated thereunder, 17 C.F.R. 240.-10(b)-5, Sections 15(a)(1) and 20(a) of the Exchange Act, 15 U.S.C. §§ 78o (a)(1) and 78t(a), and the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (“RICO”), 18 U.S.C. §§ 1962(c) and (d).
