*512Plaintiff Talon Air Services LLC brought this action for professional malpractice and breach of contract against defendants Kevin Koubek, EE. (Koubek) and CMA Design Studio, EC. (CMA) in connection with the construction of an aircraft hangar owned and operated by plaintiff.
