Affirming.

This is an appeal from a judgment of tbe Henderson Circuit Court enforcing, at tbe suit of tbe appellee, a lien asserted upon a bouse and lot situated on Powell Street, in tbe city of Henderson, owned by tbe appellants, to pay for tbe construction by appellee of a granitoid sidewalk in front thereof at a cost, apportioned against the property, of $80.30, and also cost of a curb and gutter amounting to $100.10.
