This is an appeal from a judgment of the Hopkins circuit court, upon a verdict awarding appellee $1,000.00 damages for personal injuries resulting, as alleged, by the servants of the appellant so negligently operating a train as to frighten his mules, attached to a wagon, and cause them to run against or over him.
