EASTERBROOK, Circuit Judge.
Between 2007 and 2009 Rose Seeding & Sodding, Inc., bought more than $120,000 of products on credit from Caudill Seed & Warehouse Co.; Mark Rose, the principal owner and manager of Rosé Seeding, personally guaranteed the debt. Neither Rose Seeding nor Rose paid any of the debt, and after cutting off deliveries Caudill Seed filed suit. While the litigation proceeded, Rose set out to become judgment-proof.
