United States v. Richard Sneed
Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit
1Opinion of the Court
LOKEN, Circuit Judge.
Richard Sneed pleaded guilty to being a felon and unlawful drug user in possession of a firearm. See 18 U.S.C. §§ 922(g)(1), 922(g)(3), 924(a)(2). The district court 1 determined an advisory guidelines range of 130 to 162 months and sentenced Sneed to the statutory maximum of 120 months in prison. He appeals the sentence, arguing the district court committed procedural error by imposing a four-level enhancement under U.S.S.G. § 2K2.1(b)(6)(B) because he possessed the firearm “in connection with another felony offense.” Finding no error, we affirm.
