This case came before the Court on the petition of Shannon L. Clark for a writ of habeas corpus. 1 In an order dated June 23, 2014, the Court denied Clark’s petition and expressly retained jurisdiction to pursue any possible sanctions against petitioner based upon the volume of petitioner’s meritless and inappropriate filings.
