Kenneth L. Grimsley v. Julie L. Jones, etc.

This case is before the Court on the petition of Kenneth L. Grimsley for a writ of habeas corpus. 1 His petition is the twelfth extraordinary writ petition or notice he has filed with this Court since 2005. We dismissed Grimsley’s petition in this case and expressly retained jurisdiction to pursue any possible sanctions against him based upon the volume and repetitive nature of his frivolous and inappropriate filings.
