This is an appeal of two separate but related cases that were transferred to the same division of the circuit court for judicial efficiency. Although the motion to consolidate the cases was granted, the cases were never formally consolidated. There is only one judgment of the circuit court. The judgment has the case number 0616-CV29262, yet it purports to dismiss all of Appellant Valerie A.
