SHANGLER, Presiding Judge.
Plaintiff Rudy Chuning, a Kansas City, Missouri fireman sued defendant William Calvert for damages for personal injuries which he attributed to a collision caused by defendant’s negligence. At the time of the collision, the defendant was driving his automobile. The plaintiff was then occupying a fire-fighting truck which was responding to a fire call from St. Luke’s Hospital.
