Plaintiffs TGG Ultimate Holdings, Inc., TGG Holdings, Inc., TGG Sub Inc., and The Gordian Group, Inc. (collectively, “TGG”) commenced this action against Defendants Joseph Hollett (“Hollett”), John Ledezma (“Ledezma”), Laura Romero (“Romero”), and Martin Garcia (“Garcia”) (collectively, “Defendants”), asserting claims of breach of contract and breach of the covenant of good faith and fair dealing.
