Before the Court is plaintiff Arturo Hernández a/k/a DVJ King Arthur ("Hernández")'s motion requesting a preliminary injunction against defendants Rubén Núñez a/k/a DJ Red Noise ("Núñez"), Jane Doe, and the conjugal partnership existing between Núñez and Jane Doe ("conjugal partnership"), filed pursuant to the Lanham Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1114, et seq. , Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 65(b), and the Puerto Rico Trademark Act, P.R.
