MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
ALESIA, District Judge.
Plaintiff, Medline Industries, Inc. (“Med-line”), brought this diversity action for injunctive relief against its former employee, H. Royal Grubb (“Grubb”), to enforce a restrictive covenant contained in Grubb’s employment agreement with Medline. Medline originally sought to have this Court enter a temporary restraining order on September 17, 1987.
