FINDINGS OF FACT AND CONCLUSIONS OF LAW

GAUVEY, District Judge.

Plaintiff filed this cause of action under the Federal Tort Claims Act, 28 U.S.C. § 2671, et seq., (1994), alleging that an employee of the federal government, Ms. Gina Davis, caused an auto accident resulting in her personal injuries.

This Court has jurisdiction under 28 U.S.C. § 1346(b) (1993), as this is a claim resulting from personal injury allegedly caused by the negligent conduct of a federal employee acting within the scope of her employment.
