This case is before us as a result of our granting a writ of certiorari on July 29, 1972, directed to the Court of Special Appeals upon the petition of Richard B. Walston, etc., et al., appellees in the case of Sun Cab Company, Inc., et al. v. Richard B. Walston, etc., et al., 15 Md. App. 113, 289 A. 2d 804, decided by the Court of Special Appeals on April 17, 1972, they becoming appel lants in No. 121, September Term, 1972, now before this Court for decision.
