WILSON, Circuit Judge:
Michael Rosin is a federal prisoner currently serving a 264-month term of imprisonment. He was convicted of thirty-five counts of health care fraud in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 1347 and 2, and thirty-five counts of making false statements related to health care matters in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 1035 and 2. Rosin appeals the district court’s denial of his motion to vacate his conviction pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2255.
