This is a motion to suppress. It raises an issue which has recurred with some frequency in this court but which has not been decided by any appellate court in this State.

The facts developed at the hearing may be briefly stated. One M. P., a girl of 16, was arrested with others in a raid upon a house of prostitution. She was immediately brought to the District Attorney’s office and questioned in the presence of the police officers.
