CULLEN, Commissioner.
Frederick Biggs, riding a motorcycle, was involved in a collision with an automobile *444driven by Asey Edwin Toone. Biggs sued Toone, seeking recovery for pain and suffering, permanent injuries, loss of earnings, medical expenses, and damage to the motorcycle. The jury returned the following verdict: “We the jury find for the Plaintiff (Biggs) the sum of $85.00 (Medical expense 50.00, repair to motorcycle 35.00)”.
