Leondre Walker appeals his convictions for first degree murder, two counts of use of a deadly weapon to commit a felony, attempted murder in the second degree, and possession of a deadly weapon by a felon. The district court sentenced Walker to life imprisonment for the first degree murder, 40 to 50 years’ imprisonment for attempted second degree murder, 40 to 50 years’ imprisonment for each conviction of use of a deadly weapon to commit a felony, and 10 to 20 years’ imprisonment for possession of a deadly weapon by a felon.
