Plaintiff Lisa Prochnow sued defendant El Paso Golf Club, Inc., to recover damages for personal injuries sustained as a result of the negligence of defendant. The complaint alleged plaintiff was struck in the head by a golf ball while she was a patron on the rear deck of defendant’s clubhouse. Following a jury trial conducted in the circuit court of Woodford County, the jury returned a verdict in favor of plaintiff and against defendant in the amount of $32,131.88.
