MEMORANDUM AND ORDER
NEAHER, District Judge.
This action is designated in the complaint as a class action under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e, et seq., on behalf of all female employees against defendants Monarch Wine Co., Inc. (“Monarch”) and Distillery, Rectifying, Wine and Allied Workers Union, Local 1, AFL-CIO (“Local 1”), to remedy alleged discrimination on the basis of sex.
