[ . W. A. Tliqmas was in the service of tlie Black Mountain Corporation, which entered into an agreement with 'its employees by the terms of which it was provided that the corporation would retain out of the wages of each single man-$1.25 a month and furnish to its employees a competent physician to attend to the medical needs '-of its employees, and would also retain an additional twenty-five cents a month and furnish them hospital services.
