The original bill, a copy of which is embodied in the supplemental bill, was filed July 24th, 1909, and .its purpose was to procure a distribution of the assets then in the hands of the substituted administrator among the several devisees, and also to cause the real estate to be at once sold pursuant to the requirements of the will, and also to speed the settlement.
