This is a proceeding in quo warranto brought by the state on the relation of the attorney-general against the *120National Industrial Insurance Company, a corporation, organized under the laws of Kansas. The action questioned certain practices of that company in the matter of the raising of rates of insurance, and to enjoin the company from putting into effect higher rates alleged to be unreasonable and illegal.
