In a probate proceeding, Marilyn Wax-man, the nominated executrix, appeals from (1) so much of an order of the Surrogate’s Court, Suffolk County (Snellenburg, S.) dated August 22, 1994, as, upon the court’s own motion, (a) appointed the Public Administrator as limited administrator of the decedent’s estate for the purpose of prosecuting a proceeding to disqualify her as a fiduciary, and (b) directed the clerk to issue limited letters of administration to the Public Administrator for this purpose, and (2) so much of a decree of the same court dated August 29, 1994, as, upon admitting the…
