This federal question suit alleging violations of the Interstate Land Sales Full Disclosure Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1701 et seq. (“ILSFDA”), is before the Court on several motions and objections. 1 Specifically, at issue are the following:(i) plaintiffs’ objection to the magistrate judge’s December 23, 2009 report and recommendation on discovery sanctions recommending dismissal of noncomplying plaintiffs from this case (Docket No. 195), defendants’ motion for attorney’s fees and costs incurred in connection with their third motion for sanctions…
