Before the Court is Defendants’ motion for summary judgment. For the reasons stated below, the motion is GRANTED.

Plaintiff Melvin Davis, an African-American man, has been employed by the New York State Department of Corrections and Community Supervision (“DOCCS”) since 2008 as a correction officer (“CO”) at Fishkill Correctional Facility (“Fishkill”).
