This declaratory judgment case involves the question of whether an Auto-Owners Insurance Company policy provides coverage for damage resulting from a motorcycle wreck involving the Defendants/Counter-Plaintiffs, Brian Morris and Cherise Morris. The case comes before the court on the “Motion to Dismiss pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 19(b)” filed by the Morrises. (Doc. 10).
