SNELL, Justice.
The issue raised by this appeal is whether, at a postconviction hearing to review a prison disciplinary proceeding, the district court may order that confidential information relied upon by the disciplinary committee be disclosed to the inmate’s attorney, subject to a protective order. The district court ordered such disclosure in this case. We then granted the State’s application for interlocutory review. We reverse and remand.
