This is an action for damages for the death of a sixteen-year-old boy, brought by the administratrix of his estate. The issues were formed by an amended complaint and a general denial thereto. Trial was had and the evidence disclosed that a bus with the words “Midland Trail Bus Lines, Inc.” on its side was travelling on a paved highway in the state of Illinois, going east towards the city of Vincennes, In-' diana, and was struck by a Dodge coupe which was being driven by one Edwards westward, astride the center line of the highway towards the bus.
