Central Terminal Warehouse, a public warehouse in North Little Rock, Arkansas, contracted with McCrary’s Farm Supply of Lonoke and England, Arkansas, to store agricultural chemicals. Whether this relationship makes Central Terminal Warehouse one of McCrary’s places of business is the sole issue in this case. The bankruptcy court found that it did not.
