BERREY, Judge.

Defendant Lowell H. Listrom & Company, Inc., (hereinafter Listrom) a stock brokerage firm, appeals from a judgment of the circuit court. In this court-tried case defendant was found liable to Mark Twain Plaza Bank under the theories of promissory estoppel, negligent misrepresentation and fraudulent misrepresentation arising from the statements made by the president and an account executive of Listrom concerning the financial status of the margin account of Felix and Josephine Maranzino.
