ORDER

Juan Ramirez-Garay, a 34-year-old Mexican citizen, petitions for review of an order of the Board of Immigration Appeals upholding an immigration judge’s denial of his request for cancellation of removal. Ramirez-Garay argues that the Board and the IJ applied an incorrect legal standard for hardship and failed to consider evidence. He also complains that the IJ neglected to warn him of all the conditions of his grant of voluntary departure.
