This is an action in ejectment for a strip of land two feet wide by one hundred and thirty feet deep, more fully described in the *380complaint. Plaintiff recovered in the court below, and defendants appealed.

" The respective parties acquired whatever rights they possess in the land through one Hoit. It appears .from the record that Hoit owned a tract of land adjoining the strip in controversy, upon which he erected a building some time prior to June, 1891.
