This is an appeal by Michael Szklaruk from a decree of the Sevier County Chancery Court refusing to set aside a deed of conveyance from Michael Szklaruk to Olga Szklaruk and in impressing a trust on the land involved in favor of a daughter, Mary Jean Szklaruk. For convenience the principal parties will be referred to hereafter as the appellant and appellee. The appellant and appellee are naturalized Polish immigrants and met each other in a German concentration camp during the second World War.
