Crawford Broadcasting Company, Russ Fine, and Dee Fine (“the petitioners”) petition this Court for a writ of mandamus directing the trial court to vacate its order enforcing a provision of a subpoena duces tecum requiring Crawford Broadcasting Company to produce certain payroll records relating to Russ Fine and Dee Fine (“the Fines”).
