MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

HARRINGTON, District Judge.

Edison Reynoso (“Petitioner”) petitions this Court for habeas corpus relief pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2254. For the following reasons, the petition is denied.

I. INTRODUCTION

On May 20, 1994, petitioner was convicted on two indictments of trafficking in two hundred (200) grams or more of cocaine. Petitioner was sentenced to fifteen (15) to twenty (20) years in state prison on each indictment, to be served concurrently.
