Error is prosecuted to this court from the Common Pleas Court of Shelby county, which court, upon appeal from the Probate Court of that county, overruled certain exceptions to the accounts of the defendant in error, W. J. Emmons, executor. Certain other exceptions were sustained, but, as no cross-petition in error was filed, they need not be considered.
