| iThis case involves the workers’ compensation claims of the claimant-appellant, Joseph H. Fontenot, Jr., against the employer-appellee, Wal-Mart. The Office of Worker’s Compensation (“OWC”) granted *300judgment partially favoring Wal-Mart and partially favoring Mr. Fontenot. The OWC found that Mr. Fontenot’s back and knee injuries were caused by his work-related injury in February 2003 and ordered Wal-Mart to pay all outstanding medical expenses incurred on or before September 28, 2004.
