Plaintiff VRF Eye Specialty Group, PLC (‘VRF” or the “Practice”) alleges that Defendant Seth L. Yoser, M.D. (“Yoser”) participated in a scheme in which he illegally procured medication from VRF, and, along with his co-defendants James Baize (“Baize”) and Medical Solutions, LLC (“Medical Solutions”), resold that medication to VRF and various third parties.
