Franz v. Calaco Development Corp.

Defendants, Calaco Development Corp. and Nunzio Casalino, brought this interlocutory appeal from an order granting a preliminary injunction in favor of plaintiff, William M. Franz. We reverse.

This action began with the filing of plaintiffs complaint for breach of contract and breach of fiduciary duty against defendants. Plaintiff was a limited partner in an entity known as Calaco Limited Partnership.
