The first, and indeed the main question presented by the record, is whether a county collector is authorized by the statute to make application for judgment for a special assessment levied by a city or town organized under the general law for the incorporation of cities and villages, at a term of the county court other or different from the time application is made for judgment for State and county taxes, or does the statute require the application to be made at the same term judgment is obtained for State and county taxes.
