To the application of the county collector of Crawford county for judgment and order of sale against his lots in the village of Palestine for the construction of a street improvement, James L. Freeman objected and has appealed from the judgment overruling his objections.

Objector’s principal objection was, in substance, that the ordinance for the construction of the improvement was void because it did not specifically describe the proposed improvement.
