CARDINE, Justice.

This was an action to recover damages for personal injuries brought by Joe Kobie-lusz, appellant, against Willard Wilson and Wilson Herefords, a Wyoming corporation. From a summary judgment in favor of Wilson, Kobielusz appeals.

We reverse.

The sole question presented for our determination is whether there was a genuine issue of material fact as would prevent entry of summary judgment.
