Plaintiff Lucero Santana (“Santana” or “Plaintiff’) brings this action against Latino Express Restaurants, Inc. (“the Restaurant”) and Tommy Pimental (“Pi-mental” and, collectively, “Defendants”), asserting claims of failure to pay minimum and overtime wages pursuant to the Fair Labor Standards Act, 29 U.S.C. § 201, et seq.
